Located in sunny San Jose del Cabo, Mexico at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula is our 2-bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo. Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, with the option of turning the twins into 1x King size bed. Guest bathroom located beside the guest bedroom in the hallway.

Settled in a secure, gated, quiet Peninsula condo complex, our ground floor condo is ideal for 2-4 people, looking for sun, fun and a comfortable get away.
Our condo is located in the hotel zone, beach front area of beautiful, sunny San Jose del Cabo on a quiet Cul de Sac.

Complete with stylish furniture, stainless appliances, granite countertops, iHeat on demand hot water tanks, a reverse osmosis water filtration system at the kitchen sink area, portable washer dryer, smart TV, satellite, DVD player and a few dozen DVD’s, hi speed Wi Fi, Sony audio system with Bluetooth and CD player, plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and kitchen accessories, everything is provided.

Our large patio comes with table and 4 chairs and is directly off the living room, as well as chairs and table off the bedroom patio for relaxing. We offer a propane BBQ ready for use. The patio is north west facing, overlooking the golf course where you can enjoy warm afternoon sun, piece and quiet and amazing sunsets.

Our outdoor pool and palapa area at our complex is fabulous and less than a 1-minute walk from our front door. Plenty of comfortable loungers, tables and chairs make this area ideal for relaxing around the pool.

Parking space is directly out our front door. Los Cabo international airport is located a short drive north of the city. There you can easily find private shuttles, buses, car rentals and taxis to get you into town quickly.

A few minute walk from our complex are fabulous restaurants, shops, car rental place, pharmacy, numerous bars including the popular Rock N Brew bar, where you can catch live bands on weekends. The Rock n Brew is owned by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of the rock group Kiss.

Beach is a short walk from the condo and accessible right across the street from the Rock n Brew, and once on the beach you can stroll for miles or simply hang out and catch some waves.
To the west about a 15 – 20 minute walk along the beach is one of our favourite places called Zippers. Beach front palapa bar restaurant with beer, margaritas, burgers, amazing Nachos and live music 7 days a week. A great spot to hang out, grab drinks, food and watch the surfers.

San Jose has many golf courses, adventure tour companies, for Zip lining, ATV touring, jet ski rentals, great fishing, whale watching and there is always so much to do in San Jose.
Downtown San Jose is a 5-minute drive from our condo where you will find a great selection of restaurants, bars, shops, sports bars to catch the games, live music and an art district that is a must see. From November to end of June is the popular “Art Walk”. Downtown San Jose is closed to vehicles where local artists set up and you can walk for hours, to check out so much beautiful artwork.

For groceries, drinks and other accessories La Comer “former” Mega grocery store and the new Selecto Chedraui are both a few minutes drive from our condo.
If looking for a little more night life and party action, Cabo St Lucas is a short 25-minute drive west of our condo down the corridor, hwy 1. If looking to stretch it out a little, the charming and popular destination of Todos Santos is an hour drive north of Cabo St Lucas. Todos Santos has art galleries, restaurants, music, bars, bistros and some of the best surfing in the world.
