Close to the clouds and leaning into a wonderful void of blue skies and rocky-mountains in the desert, this unit seems to flow into a wonderful place for the bold, adding into a comfortable tranquility.

Entering through a dark wooden door that creates a magnificent discordance with the rough, crème colored wall, a small hallway lined with doors and paved with marble floors reveals itself in the soft warmth of the desert. The first door opens into a fully equipped laundry room. The next door enters into the Guest bedroom. In here, a queen-sized bed shares the space with a single bed, separated by a small nightstand that matches the dark tones of the wooden headrest that supports the larger bed. The splotches of blue in the white linens create the form of an artist’s palette. The Guest bathroom can be accessed by the room or the next door in the hallway, where a single sink in cubic formation shines underneath a mirror.

Next in line, right out of the hall, is the kitchen. In here, wonderful slates of webbed, gray marble-stone cover the countertops and the wall, where levitating cabinets of dark wood and sturdy, under-cabinets in the same color share the load of the stone’s weight. Slivery skinned appliances shine throughout the kitchen. A small island serves as a breakfast bar and sink, where two chairs are provided to share in the company of a morning coffee. As the ample space opens, a four-seats diner appears into view. The soft, sensuous curves on the back of the white seats create an appalling effect of warmth and welcome. In the wall, a painting of the ocean surf brightens the room.

In the living room, a large, angled couch in brown suede rests comfortably in the light from the deck. While a single chair in curved woods and leather skin gazes at the breathtaking view, a small, crystal coffee table stands above a gray rug. On the wall, a large SMART TV set awaits, wired with internet for the merriment of times with family and friends. Beneath it, a small entertainment center in dark woods finishes the room.

Through a door beside the TV, the master bedroom can be found. Here, a massive King-sized bed displays its blue tones against the massive, wooden headrest in dark skin. With a comfortable chair warming up by the window, little is needed in this room. On a long hallway, a massive closet in woods occupies the space. Through a door in the middle, the private bathroom can be entered, where twin sinks share a space in the mirror-polished marble stone of the countertop, as rough marble tiles cover the shower, guarded away by a glass door.

In the end of this lovely home, the deck shares its wonders. In here, the magnificent view of the Los Cabos city and marina intertwines with the desert around. Two chairs, and two couches, share the cozy deck with marble-topped tables, all gazing at the beauty below.
