This condo is in an extremely convenient location that is on the first floor making it very convenient to go back forth to the beach and pool. It is walking distance to a poolside restaurant and bar and within a mile of a grocery store and other highly rated shops and restaurants including Baytowne Wharf. If you’d like to explore the nearby area and learn more about Florida’s natural flora and fauna, you can make a reservation to explore the nearby Coffeen Nature Preserve, located just a little over a mile away, where you can hike the sandy trails and watch for native wildlife. If you like to fish, charter trip offerings are open all year-round in the cities of Sandestin and Destin (both within 12 miles of the condo). However, if you’re more into shopping and looking for the best sales and dining options nearby, you can visit the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two and a half miles away) or Grand Boulevard (one and a half miles away).
