Living Areas
The spacious open concept main living floor features a gas assisted wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, beautiful mountain views a flat screen TV, and stereo. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances with gas range stovetop. Or head out to the deck and enjoy a BBQ. On the lower level deck, soak in your own private hot tub after the day’s activities.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
On the top level, the master bedroom features a king bed, sitting area with TV and stereo and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, deep soaking bathtub and separate glass enclosed shower. The second guest bedroom on this level features a queen bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, and sliding glass doors to a small private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a glass enclosed shower. Located on the lower level are the other 2 guest bedrooms which each feature a king split bed and one has a TV. The bathroom on this lower level features a deep soaking bathtub, separate glass enclosed shower and offers ensuite access to the guestroom that overlooks the hot tub and hallway access for the other guest bedroom. There is a door on this level leading outside to the private hot tub on the lower deck. For added convenience, on the main living level, there is a guest powder room.

Ski Access
For the winter enthusiast, this home offers access to the nearby Dave Murray ski trail and 2010 Olympic downhill run, which descends to the Creekside Gondola. Please note that the Dave Murray ski-out trail is suitable for an intermediate level skier and is not well-suited for beginners. The signed entrance to the ski-out is found next to Taluswood the Heights #1. At the end of this trail, you will need to take off your skis/snowboard to cross the road, from where you will continue to ski down the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run to get to the Creekside Gondola. The Ski-Home trail is located off the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run. Watch for the Green Olympic rings on skier’s right when descending Dave Murray, turning right, above the Olympic Rings, onto the Home Run trail. Follow this trail (skiing above the Fairmont Heritage Place) to Taluswood the Lookout complex, from where it is a 1-minute walk down Taluswood Place (road) to the Taluswood the Heights complex.
