Oh, did I forget…the tennis and basketball courts…and, a guarded entry. Welcome to this beautiful 2 bedroom suite located on the 8th floor. This is a cozy, well-furnished suite using bright colors as accents throughout. The living room has an overstuffed, three-cushion leather sofa with a matching arm-chair. The sofa also opens into a queen size sleeper bed. On the other side of the sofa is a taupe colored, fabric chaise – a lovely place to relax while admiring the ocean view, reading a book or watching TV. There is a lovely oak coffee table and matching end tables. The dining area has a round oak table with four matching high back chairs. There is an entertainment center across from the sofa and a large flat screen TV, DVD, CD, and cable TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and backsplash and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a quick simple dinner or an elaborate gourmet feast. The kitchen has plenty of prep space and a breakfast bar, which seats three. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixer and blender. Down the hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer and additional storage space. The master bedroom has a king size oak bed set with matching night tables and a 9 drawer dresser. The headboard is very high and elaborately carved. The king size mattress has a pillow top and the bedding is a beige comforter with matching pillows. On one side of the bed is a leather and wood recliner with a nearby floor lamp. The closet has double sliding mirror doors. On top of the dresser is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. The stereo has a cable to plug into your music devices (cell phone/iPad, etc.). The bathroom has a double sink vanity and a rain shower. The guest bedroom has a whitewashed queen size bed set with matching night tables and a large 7 drawer dresser with a matching mirror, flat screen TV and DVD player. The bedding is a geometric design using shades of taupe, red, blues and reds with matching pillows. The glass patio doors in the living room open onto a terrace with the most incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. You can sit at the glass top wrought iron table that seats four or relaxes on a chaise lounge or a two-seat glider. Wherever you decide to relax, you can enjoy the warm salty breeze from the ocean or take in those magnificent evening sunsets full of brilliant shades of yellows, oranges, and reds. Don’t forget to go into town and pick up some fresh seafood, especially the jumbo rocky point shrimp! Yum…
Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
