This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 8th floor which can easily accommodate 4 adults ans 2 children. The colors are neutral contemporary hues through out. In addition to the king size bed in the master and a queen in the spare room, there is also a hide away bed. The living room has a beautiful dark leather sofa, love seat and armchair. There’s matching coffee table and entertainment credenza. A brand new 50″ flat screen HDTV, with DVD player, and cable TV for entertainment. Additionally, we provide you with HBO, ShowTime and Netflix is there for your as well as free Wifi. The walls are adorned with new modern coastal decor. The dining area has a rectangular maple table with 6 matching ladder-back chairs with new fabric seats. The beautiful views can be enjoyed from the sofa area and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender and mixer. The counter tops and back splash are granite and there is plenty of prep space and storage. There is also a breakfast bar that easily seats two at round stools. All kitchen appliances are new stainless steel completing the recent make over in this fabulous condominium. Down the hallway is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new king size bed set which includes two night tables, dresser and is also equipped with a HDTV. The bedding is new in comforting corals and grays. The master bath has a new granite, double sink vanity and a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a new pillow-top queen bed, night stand, dresser, HDTV and a makeup vanity area. Both bedrooms have double closets with the master having mirrored doors. The bedding in the guest bedroom is a fresh quilt set with matching pillows and shams. The guest bath has a new granite single sink vanity and large mirror. The patio doors in the living room open onto a terrace that faces slightly east and gets drenched with the morning sun. There are two wood chaise lounge chairs with thick stuffed fabric pillows. Enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee and letting the warm salty breeze surround your body. The sound of the ocean fills the condo through out the day with a calming, soothing effect. The resort is beach front so if you are inclined for a morning jog, you can enjoy playing tag with the tide while you run.
Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
