Amazing upper 2 Bedroom – 2 Bath corner deluxe penthouse condo at the Sonoran Sun in Rocky Point Mexico. This unit sleeps a total of 6 people.

This lovely condo is just beautiful, its kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your family vacation. It has a nice granite counter with barstools and stainless steel appliances. There is a nice living room with reclining leather espresso sofas that are very comfortable and a nice big 60 inch flat screen TV that makes you want to watch a movie enjoying the beautiful view to the ocean. The living room and master bedroom tvs have Direct TV access. There is also internet access in this unit.

The master bedroom is one of the best areas of the condo, a king size bed with an amazing ocean view, a private big bathroom with a nice closet and access to the balcony. It also comes with a 60 inch big flat screen TV. The guest bedroom comes with a nice king size bed, closet and a flat screen TV. One of the doors in this bedroom is an access to the guest full bathroom. There are also two memory foam mattress rollaway beds available.

What makes this unit very special is its huge nice balcony–its patio furniture has 4 loungers, 2 table sets with chairs, and a nice large propane BBQ grill area for your convenience and enjoyment. The views from this unit are just beautiful, you can sit down and enjoy life sipping some delicious drinks. The common areas are always well maintained as well as the 3 swimming pools.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
