Welcome to 2 bedroom/2 bath West 708!!

We’ve made some great upgrades so you have the most relaxing vacation possible! The Sonoran Sun is an oceanfront resort and offers 3 pools (one which is adult-only in summer and heated in the cooler months) with lounges, swim up pool bar, adult-only and family hot tubs, beach palapas and lounges, charcoal and gas bar-be-ques, tennis court, on-site check in/front desk, and concierge service.

Balcony: Enjoy the full ocean view from the (2) lounge chairs with an outdoor ceiling fan for hot summer days. Table and chairs with seating for six. We love the west tower with afternoon shade and nighttime view of the sparkling lights of downtown. Direct access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom

Living room: Leather sofa & love seat pullout sleeper with comfy memory foam FULL/DOUBLE mattress, 55” Smart TV, DVD player/DVDs, books, and family games. USB/phone charger plugs in outlets

Master Bedroom: Comfortable King-sized pillow top mattress. Ceiling fan, reading nook, alarm clocks with USB outlets for easy charging, Smart TV and DVD player, and large mirrored closet with ample hangers. Sliding door to balcony.

Master Bath: Private entry from master bedroom, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and bench, double sinks and large vanity, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

Guest bedroom: King sized bed, ceiling fan, large closet, armoire with TV, alarm clocks with USB outlets for easy charging

Guest bath: Hallway access with large tub/shower combo and rainfall shower head, marble vanity and single sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror

Kitchen: Fully stocked for cooking whenever and whatever you want! New stainless steel full-size appliances, as well as small appliances including a 12-cup drip coffee maker (coffee filters provided), toaster, blender, griddle and waffle maker. Don’t worry about drinking water–you’re set with a reverse osmosis filtered water system right from the kitchen sink. Kid friendly cups and plates provided for your little ones. We also supply salt and pepper!

Other: Personal safe in guest closet for valuables, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, extra pillows/blankets. Pack lightly with a full sized washer/dryer (detergent supplied) and iron/board. We also have 30mb private internet service with wifi router–bring your log-in info to enjoy streaming shows on the Smart TVs.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
