Welcome to Sandy Beach! Enjoy one of the most beautiful resorts in the whole area, Sonoran Sun Resort, where you will find comfort and friendly staff. You will not want to leave, you won’t have to! We have a restaurant, a convenience store, a completely equipped fitness room, a SPA, swim up bar. Three pools which are ocean front. We have beautiful palapa’s in front of the beach where you can lay a towel to sit and enjoy the beach and a book. There are BBQ areas at the far end of each building with sitting areas to have a cook out with the family and a tennis court. All you will need to have a great time, if you require anything else, we have a concierge on site.

This unit is amazing! It has been recently refurnished. The whole unit has a cozy rustic feel to it. It has warm dark brown tones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need to make a big family meal. There is enough flatware and silverware to entertain the whole family. The counter top can be used as a breakfast bar or a prep station to help the chef get ready to cook. The dinning set is gorgeous with a round table and four chairs in a beautiful deep dark brown color. There is a small cupboard to adorn the area, and a beautiful painting above this cupboard. The family room has a comfortable living room set. The color scheme is the same, dark brown and beige on the cushions. The coffee table is tall. There is a flat screen TV across the way from the couches, one of which pulls out to turn into a queen size bed that will sleep 2 people. The bedrooms are beautiful. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom as well as a matching dresser, a flat screen TV with Netflix for your rest time after a long eventful day. This room has its own bathroom with a double sink vanity. There is a queen size bed in the guest bedroom; this bedroom also has a dresser and flat screen TV. This room does not have its own bathroom; it has access to the hall bathroom. To go to the terrace you can go through the sliding doors in the living room or through the master bedrooms sliding doors. You will come out to find a beautiful patio set with four chairs where you can bring the family out and have a nice afternoon watching the sunset.

The sea of Cortez brings us unbelievable sunsets. What better way to enjoy them than in your own private terrace with an amazing view of the ocean. The setting is perfect for a family dinner or a long night under the stars.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
