The Sonoran Sun is the ultimate in luxury. Spend the day in the sand, or in one of the beachfront pools and even swim to have a drink on the at the bar. Relax in the Jacuzzi or have a BBQ with the family and friends in the BBQ areas. This 2 bedroom unit at the Sonoran Sun resort is located in the west building giving you a great view of the ocean and Old Port lights at night. The deck had dinning and cocktail tables with seating for all. In the nicely decorated living room you can find family games, movies and books to enjoy with your family. The large flat screen TV is great for TV or Movie watching. The living room has access to the balcony through the sliding glass door. The kitchen is fully equipped, appliances are all modern stainless steel and you will find everything that you need to cook a great meal. Appliances include French door refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and counter top appliances like coffee maker, toaster and blender. In the dining area, 4 guest can sit comfortably around top glass table and additionally there are four stools at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king size bed, two nightstands and an on-suite bathroom with double sinks. Additionally, there is a large chair for watch TV or enjoying the great ocean view. The closet is large with doors that can be used as mirrors. The second bedroom is located to the right as you enter the unit. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with two nightstands, large dresser, plenty of closet space and a TV. The guest bathroom is directly across the hall from the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have mounted hair dryers. Once you have stay in the unit you will want to return

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
