Unit SW 611 is located at the gorgeous Sonoran Sun resort. This resort has awesome amenities to offer to our guests. It has a convenience store, spa, restaurant, gym, and may other things. This condominium is on the 6th floor of the West tower.

It is a 1-bedroom 1-bath condo and it can perfectly sleep a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen has everything that is needed to prepare some exquisite meals during your stay. It has a coffee maker for a great cup of coffee freshly brewed in the mornings. There’s a toaster, blender, microwave anything that you may need thru out your vacations. The kitchen has white on white appliances with brown maple cabinets filly equipped with utensils for the kitchen. There’s a beautiful granite counter top with 2 high chairs.

The living room has a huge comfy light blue couch that also turns into a sofa sleeper. It has a center table where you can read a magazine or have a nice snack while watching your favorite movie. The TV furniture other than just having the TV it has a DVD player, VCR and CD player where you can enjoy your favorite music or videos.

The master bedroom has a big king size bed where at the end of your day you can go and have a great sleep. It has a dark brown wooden frame with a matching dresser that has 6 drawers for your personal belongings and clothing. It has a ceiling fan to keep you nice and cool during the day and night. There an awesome huge closet with full length mirrors. On top of the dresser there’s a TV as well with DVD and VCR integrated. It also has end tables with beautiful night lamps. The walls are a light sandy color. It all combines perfectly. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and it has 1 vanity sink with a tub shower. And last but not least is the terrace.

Honestly you’ll find that the terrace will be your favorite spot from up there you get this amazing little air and breeze and that smell, oh my, that salty fresh air! It has an incredible view of the sky and the ocean. Here where you can say where sky meets sea. On the terrace you will find a round glass table with 4 lounge chairs and a stretcher. It’s perfect for an early breakfast or a late dinner, with a breathtaking view.

Conditions

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
