It is an amazing 3-bedroom 3-bath condominium. It is found at the beautiful Sonoran Sun Resort. It is located at the sandy beach area it is an ocean front resort. So whichever unit you reserve will have and incredible view. It has a 24-hour security on site; it has BBQ grills, swim up pool bar, convenience store, gym, and restaurant it has many things to offer. The unit itself has everything you’ll need; it can perfectly sleep a total of 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.

It has a big kitchen, which you will find everything that is needed to prepare a warm exquisite meal. The kitchen has a granite sand color bar with high chairs, which is awesome for a quick to go meal. It has white on white appliances. It has a coffeemaker, blender so that you can prepare those margaritas or piña coladas; it has a microwave, stove oven, and toaster, also a dishwasher so you wont have to wash any dishes during your vacations. It also has cabinets filled with pots and pans, all the essential stuff. It has light brown colored cabinets. The dinning table has seating for 8 people where the whole family can sit down and enjoy a great dinner. There’s a beautiful chandelier hanging over the table, which can also kind of give it a romantic touch. The living room has a great layout it has media furniture where the TV is at and it has DVD and VCR players in all of the TVs in the condo.

The living room has a whole wall of sliding glass door where from your living room you can have the best view. The terrace has 2 stretchers for sunbathing where you can just lay, relax and get a great tan. There’s an oval shaped glass table for a total of 6 people. Where you can enjoy a great breakfast or afternoon meal. Accompanied by a great view, and fresh air.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wooden bed frame. It has a beautiful 6-drawer dresser for your belongings. You have access to the balcony from this beautiful master bedroom. This master bedroom has a master bathroom with double vanity sink and a very big mirror and it also has a tub/shower.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has king size bunk bed where you can comfortably sleep.

Each of the units has a laundry room with washer and dryer machines. The condo also has a safe where you can put away your valuables and program it with your personal code. This is a great condo for a big family or a big group of friends. Don’t hesitate and book it now.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
