This is a gorgeous condo located on the 6th floor of the West Tower in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The living room has pale Venetian plastered walls with clay colored leather sofa and a cream-colored arm chair with an ottoman. The wall behind the sitting area has a large metal framed wall mounted mirror and the room also includes a light colored wood end table, coffee table and a dark wood double door entertainment unit. The entertainment unit features a TV, VCR, DVD, and CD player.

The condo comes complete with high speed wireless Internet as well as Cable TV. You never have to miss an important email or significant world event. You can easily get to the terrace through the sliding glass doors in the living room. The dining room has a lovely glass top table with a gold wrought iron base and four matching chairs with soft white cushions. The walls of the dining room are adorned with two palm tree art prints and another large mirror. The kitchen has sand colored granite counter tops with raised maple wood paneled cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen also has some smaller counter top appliances like a coffee maker, blender, mixer and toaster. You have all the items needed for cooking and serving in the drawers and cupboards. There is a counter bar off the kitchen with stools if you feel more like casual dining.

The master bedroom has a king size beech wood framed bed with a striped beige, blue, white and green bedding set. The room has two matching beech wood bedside stands as well as a large 6-drawer dresser with a television and a wall mounted mirror above it. There is a large white leather love seat near the doors that open to the terrace and a large double door closet with full-length mirrors. The master bathroom has a large and very spacious double sink vanity with great lighting and mirrors as well as a walk in shower with a commode nearby.

The 2nd guest bedroom has green and ivory Venetian plastered walls with a queen size wrought iron framed bed that has an ivory floral bedding set. The room includes two small-lighted oak wood bedside tables and a dresser with a television. The room has plenty of room in the large double door closet and a very bright feel from the courtyard view window. The hall bathroom has a single marble vanity with a walk in tub / shower and commode.

The terrace would be perfect for inviting friends over and dining at the large rectangular shaped glass top table while you watch the sunset over the water. You could also kick back and take a load off for happy hour or a nightcap while you soothe your souls with the sounds of the surf. The condo also has a laundry room with a washer, dryer and iron. The condo has refreshingly cold AC and many ceiling fan throughout.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
