PREMIUM****This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom 5th level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 5th floor of the West Tower.

This is an ocean front unit with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from your private terrace. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous ocean front resort on Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first class amenities like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, Full service spa, state of the art fitness center, restaurant, bar and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort.

This unit can accommodate 6 guests. This would be great for couples or a family of 6. This condo has a great room floor plan. When you walk through the doors you will have an ocean view from just about every room in the unit. The living room of this condo has a lot of modern appeal. The sofa is an olive green with two complimenting colored art prints hanging on the wall above. There is a unique and very modern shaped chair to the right with a coffee table in front and a huge floor lamp just beside the chair. The other side of the living room has a cream colored arm chair with a palm tree pillow. The opposite wall holds a large double door cabinet with a large TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. There is a sliding glass door that will take you out to the fully furnished ocean front terrace. The dining area has a round shaped glass top table with a wicker base. The four dining chairs are braided rattan with high backs. There is a decorative cabinet behind the dining area with art prints hung on each side of it. The kitchen has tall dark wood cabinets with decorative ceramic plates in shades of yellow, orange and green. The counter tops are made of granite and there is a matching granite back splash. The kitchen includes all major appliances like a built in microwave, self cleaning oven, flat ceramic cook top range, fridge, and a quiet dishwasher. This kitchen also has a toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea pot and spice rack. You bring the food and we have all the tools to assemble it into a gourmet feast. The cupboards, drawers and pantry come loaded with plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans and serving utensils. The kitchen also has a built in bar that can be used for serving your appetizers or to wait for the morning coffee to brew.

The master bedroom has a large walnut colored sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress. The bedding is a striped geometric pattern with hues of brown, orange and gold. One side of the bed has a lighted bed side table and the other has a vibrant green silk plant. The opposite wall has a lighter colored wood dresser with 8 drawers and a TV / DVD combo on top. If you run out of room in the dresser you can always hang your clothes in the double door closet with full length mirrors. The other side of the room has two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, white ceramic tub and marble shower. There is plenty of counter space for grooming and applying make-up.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds with matching light wood colored bed frames. Both beds have high back head boards and pink and blue pastel printed bedding. There is one table between the beds and a dresser on the opposite wall. There is a TV and DVD player on top of the dresser and a huge closet with sliding doors to hang your clothing. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity, shower and tub. The bathroom has storage on the counter top and below in the cabinets. The terrace has a black metal table with four matching metal chairs. The chairs each have a matching floral seat cushion to keep your bottom comfy. The terrace will give a view of all that Rocky Point has to offer. You can enjoy a sunset, have a cocktail and breathe in the salty ocean air. This condo also has a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with a visit to condo 508 of the Sonoran Sun Resort

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
