Bright and inviting, this condominium imparts the joy of a beach vacation. Four floors above the Sonoran Sun grounds, SW 405 faces the ocean and city lights beyond. Afternoon shade in the west tower makes the patio a comfortable spot to just ’hang’.

Six guests can enjoy the ocean front views, open design, and homey comforts of this condominium. Warm red sofa and love seat seating area in the living area is complimented by the warm pale yellow walls. The leather sofa also acts as a pull out bed for 2 guests. Here there is a 65” flat screen TV, WiFi, and Roku.

A kitchen with family-sized dining table and extra dining chairs completes the main living space. Stainless appliances highlight the well laid out kitchen. Cookware, cutlery, cups and more are here for all of your cooking needs.

Two bedrooms are appointed with comfortable King size beds. The master has a separate sliding glass entry to the opulent patio, along with it’s own 50” WI-FI large screen TV and a lovely chaise lounge that can double as a sleeping spot for a child.

Master bathrooms has stylish tile, and granite double wide vanity sinks. Also hair-dryer. Tub in second bathroom.

You can also enjoy dining on a separate dining table on the over- sized terrace. Or relax on the multiple lounge chairs while you watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. Views are breathtaking, and the best of the Resort spreads out below you.

The Sonoran Sun is a grand landmark on Rocky Point’s popular Sandy Beach. Large pristine swimming pools and jacuzzis spread out below your unit. There is an extremely popular heated aqua bar here as well. Tons of chaise lounges and beach front palapas make this a great place to enjoy the beach.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
