This is a wonderfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the fourth floor of the Sonoran Sun Resort, West Tower. With a terrific, total perspective view of the Sea of Cortez from your large private patio, you can watch and hear the waves roll in or “sea” the action at our large pools and in-pool restaurant/bar. The Sonoran Sun is a perfect sea front resort on Sandy Beach. You will appreciate numerous five star luxuries like shoreline swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis courts, BBQ zones, and Convenience store. This unit is perfect for 4 visitors. This would be incredible for 2 couples or a family of 4. Loads of daylight and tropical joy. This is a heavenly condominium with a magnificent floor arrangement. Strolling in you will immediately see the ocean thru a “great” room where the living room has been enhanced with an extremely sumptuous tan couch with burgundy pads and metal grommet trim. There are two side seats, a foot stool, and an arrangement of end tables. Tropical plants fill the corners to improve that tropical island feel. A colossal mirror hangs over the love seat and makes the room feel much larger. The wall opposite the couch holds a flat 42″ HD Smart TV with remote control and many applications, DVD, VCR and stereo. The unit comes with free cable TV AND free WIFI. Telephone calls to the US and Mexico are also free. Two sliding glass entryways off the living room will open to the flawlessly decorated balcony. The dining table is a round shape with seating for four. In the event that you require extra seating you can simply sit at the bar counter off the kitchen.

This unit is best in class with its stainless steel kitchen appliances: side by side freezer- refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, stove, and microwave and in sink garbage disposal. The cupboards are dim chestnut and the tops improved with lively green silk plants. The counter tops are exceptionally majestic as they have been done in granite with a coordinating back splash. There are appliances like a 5 gallon water tank with purified water, coffee maker, blender and toaster. This kitchen has everything expected to make an Iron Chef specialist dinner. You bring the beverage and food and we give all the vital tools.

The master bedroom has a king cushion top sleeping pad on a dull walnut shaded four poster bed. The bedding has a tan softened cowhide outskirt with an interwoven of cocoa, burgundy and orange squares. Both sides of the bed have lit tables with a gigantic dresser on the opposite wall. The dresser holds the 42″ Smart TV (Netflix, etc) and DVD player and also some craftsmanship decoration pieces. There are two sliding glass entryways that open to the patio where you can relax with a book or your most loved magazine or look for dolphins and seals- bring binoculars for an even closer look. There is a lot of room in the dresser bedroom closet to store your attire. The main lavatory has an artistic tub, marble shower and a twofold sink vanity made of refined marble. The bathroom gives a lot of space on top, a hairdryer, and capacity in the cupboards underneath the vanity.

The guest bedroom has a king bed with a luxurious red patchwork blanket cover. Over the bed there is a raised imaginative curved white artificial headboard. The head board outline is that of two tropical hibiscus flowers. There are lit bed side tables and an enormous dresser furnished with a 32″ Smart TV and DVD player. The second bathroom has a vanity with two sinks, hairdryer and a lot of counter space. Wash up or relax at the tub in after a monotonous day on Sandy Beach. The porch has a four seat glass top dinning table ideal for dinner while you enjoy Rocky Point nightfall view. From the patio you can see in the distance to Old Port. The unit additionally includes a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. Your stay includes a well equipped gym, 24 hour on location security and in addition every day cleaning. CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
