This would be great for a family of 8. This unit is to die for! The living room of the this condo has been decorated with an L shaped taupe sectional sofa. There is a queen air mattress available since the sofa is not a pull out. The bed is simple to make up and put back together in the morning. There are plenty of additional linens to make up the sofa bed in the hall linen closet. In front of the sofa there is a coffee table that sits on top of a beautiful hand woven Oriental area rug. There is a matching arm chair off to the right and a dark wood armoire on the opposite wall. Inside the armoire there is a large flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that open to your private terrace. The dining room has been furnished with a large alder wood table set to seat 10 people. What a perfect arrangement for a family reunion or a major holiday celebration. The kitchen has tall dark wood cabinets with heavily decorated plant shelves above. There are granite counter tops with matching granite back splash. The kitchen included all appliances like a self-cleaning oven, flat ceramic cook top range, self-cleaning oven, built in microwave and a very quiet dishwasher. The counter top has been furnished with a coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. You bring the food and we provide the rest! There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, bowls, serving pieces, silverware, bar ware and so much more. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that you can use as a serving buffet or to wait for your morning coffee to brew. The bar has three matching high back bar stools that have proven to be very comfortable.

The master bed room has a large king size pillow top mattress with a lovely curved black wrought iron frame. There are matching lighted bed side tables, and a massive dresser to store your clothes. There is a large TV and DVD player provided opposite the bed. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors that will open to the terrace and there is a seating area where you can read and listen to the sounds of the waves. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity, ceramic tub and marble shower. There are plenty of clean towels provided on the racks and in the cupboards. The 2nd guest suite also has a king size pillow top mattress on its frame with a matching suite of furniture. The room comes with a huge closet, dresser and a TV / DVD player.

The 2nd guest suite has its own bathroom with a double sink, tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen size pillow top mattresses. This room would be perfect for the kids or adults. The room also comes with its own TV and DVD player. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space. There is a white ceramic tub and a pastel colored marble shower.

The terrace of this unit has been furnished with a dining table and also a separate seating area. You will enjoy many beautiful sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
