This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the West Tower. The Sonoran Sun is an ocean front resort on the beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy the many top-class facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, full service spa, fitness center status art, restaurant, bar and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort. This unit can sleep up to 6 people. This would be ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family of 6.

This unit is top of the line premium. It just does not get any better than this! You are just a floor away from the pools of sand, surf and swimming, yet safe and secure on the 2nd floor. This unit is wonderfully cozy and well furnished. The living room of this unit has huge sectional sofa L-shaped deep red and brown cushions and leather. One side of the bed pulls out to a bed for two guests. There are plenty of sheets and blankets in the hallway linen closet. There is a vibrant colored rug gathering all the colors of the room. Behind the wall is a screen of three oil paintings of bright vibrant fruit. To the right is a palm tree to the left is a table. Across the sofa, an entertainment center equipped with huge flat screen TV and surround sound, DVD and stereo radio. The unit comes with cable and wireless internet. Surround speakers are spaced along the room to deliver the best sound quality when watching TV or movies. Two sliding glass doors, with privacy sliding curtain, in the living room opens onto the scenic terrace 2nd floor. The dining room has been furnished with a glass top table with black wrought iron base. The chairs are high back wrought iron and soft newly recovered seat cushions. Beside the table is a purified water cooler that comes in handy for making cocktails or cooking. The kitchen has walls covered with deep wood Venetian cabinets. The counters are made of light-colored granite with some matching granite back. The large kitchen has modern, black appliances–a two-door refrigerator with ice maker, self cleaning oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. There are also small appliances like coffee maker, blender, toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences for cooking and entertaining. You will find plates, bowls and cups in the cupboards and pots, pans and serving utensils in the cabinets below. The drawers are full of silverware and serving utensils. Just bring food and drink and everything ready for success!

The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that works well as a waiting area while brewing morning coffee or simply to watch the cook.

The master bedroom has walls gold Venetian plaster, with a huge king size pillow mattress which you can sink into after a long day at the beach. The bed is a light wood bed set with orange and yellow flowers. Above the bed is a huge sea shell handmade with two side tables and lamp. Across from the bed is an eight drawer dresser with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Lots of green plants provide the right amount of tropical atmosphere. There is a mirrored closet with plenty of space for hanging clothes. Two sliding glass doors off the master that open to the 2nd floor terrace. The master bath has a large double sink vanity cultured marble. The newly designed granite shower has a rain fall shower head. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and excellent lighting.

The second bedroom has gold colored Venetian walls covered with a pillow king size mattress. The bed frame is dark wood black with a light table next to the bed on the right. Across from the bed is a double door black wood cabinet with a TV and a DVD player. The walk in wardrobe closet provides plenty of storage and hanging clothes. The newly designed hall bathroom has a sink, large vanity, tub/shower. The patio is furnished with a dining table and four plush comfortable surrounding chairs. Enjoy many beautiful sunsets in this beautiful, comfortable wicker furniture. The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans. You will have all the amenities you need to feel at home. You will not be disappointed with a pleasant stay in unit 203 at the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
