This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 1st floor of the West Tower. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous ocean front resort on Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first class amenities like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, Full service spa, state of the art fitness center, restaurant, bar and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort. This unit can sleep 6 people. This unit is top of the line premium. It just doesn’t get any better than this! You are a hop, skip and jump away from the sand and surf!

The living room has gold Venetian plastered walls with a lazy boy sofa With a comfortable hide a bed and two arm chairs. The sofa pulls out to a comfortable bed for two of the guests. There are clean linens and blankets in the hall closet. There are matching dark wood end tables and a lovely coffee table to place your beverages. Behind the couch there is an art deco mirror in a circular fan shape and many tropical plants to the right of the sofa. There is a huge flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR on the opposite side of the couch.

The unit has large surround sound speakers and the top of the entertainment shelves have white decorative pillar candles. There are two sliding doors off the living room that open to the beautiful first floor patio. The dining room has been furnished with a round brown wood table set to seat four people on the high back chairs. Right by the dining area there is a purified drinking water cooler. This cooler comes in handy for mixing beverages and cooking with fresh clean hot or cold water.

The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The appliances are white on white which include a self cleaning oven, flat cook top range, built in microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You will find all the dinnerware, serving ware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans you will need to cook and entertain for your guests. This kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a built in bar off the kitchen lined with four black leather bar stools. The bar is a good location to read the paper while you wait for your morning coffee to brew.

The master bedroom has a light brown painted wall with a king size pillow top mattress on a modern light wood colored bed frame. The bedding is a soft brown with several accent pillows. Both sides of the bed have a table with a lamp for late night reading. One side of the room has a seating area with a big white arm chair and ottoman. The chair is right near the sliding glass doors that open to the patio. There is a double door mirrored closet with plenty of room to hang your clothes and another dresser opposite the bed with a TV and DVD player upon it. Above the bed there is a beautiful piece of rustic art with a black wrought iron trim. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with lots of lighting and counter space. There is a ceramic tub and a marble walled shower covered with a light colored shower curtain. The 2nd bedroom also has one brown wall where the bed is set up. The bed is a queen size pillow top mattress with very fancy southwestern printed bedding set. There are four equally spaced art prints above the bed and 2 bed side tables. The room has a window with a roll up shade that can be left open at night to lull you to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. The other two walls of the room have been finished in a light brown Venetian plaster. There is a closet with plenty of storage and also a dresser on the opposite side of the bed. The hall bathroom has brown walls with one sink and a tub / shower combo.

The patio has been furnished with a dining table set to seat four and a separate sitting area where you can enjoy happy hour while watching the magnificent sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will also have a digital safe in the condo for storing your valuables. This is the perfect spot to put your passports, jewelry and other valuables you may have brought with you. You will not be disappointed with a relaxing stay in unit 107 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
