This beautifully decorated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom unit on the ground level of the west tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort, and it is located on the 1st floor. The gorgeous Sonoran Sun is an ocean front resort on the Sandy Beach area. You will appreciate the many high class amenities such as Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, ocean front swimming pool, full spa, exclusive fitness center, restaurant, bar and a fully stocked convenience store and tennis court.

You can have up to 6 people sleeping in this unit. This is as good as it gets! You are so close to the pool and beach, it will be so easy to enjoy. OMG! This décor is great! In the living room you will find a beautiful sitting set, two leather and suede sofas, in dark brown and lighter color. The larger of the sofas can turn into a queen size bed for two guests. The beautiful oriental rug on the living room floor brings all the accents of this decoration together. In the center of the living space you will see the lovely coffee table and two matching lighted end tables. There are two leather ottomans. Also a beautiful large mirror famed in metal and wood is placed above the sofa, which gives the illusion of a more spacious place.

The dining area is furnished with a wood round table set that sits 4 people. The kitchen cabinets are complimentary to the whole room which has all dark brown wood colors. It is fully equipped kitchen, with all needed appliances, all in white, includes a self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, flat cook stove, built in microwave and refrigerator. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed with a black iron frame. The beautiful bedding is shiny silver with several accent pillows. There are two end tables on the bed sides, with lamps to light up the room. There is a tv and dvd to watch your series or a movie after a long day at the beach. The two sliding doors lead you to the terrace where you can enjoy the day or night. On the patio you will find a large patio dining set for 6 people. A lovely olive colored arm chairs and hand woven oriental rug. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the matching wood furniture. There is also a tub and shower combo in the bathroom.

The best part about this resort is the fantastic ocean view; you can all day see the sea water washing away the sea shells, which you can collect as a souvenir. The view is amazing! Whether it is during the morning or during the evening you will always have a spectacular show of vibrant colors that only the Sea Of Cortez can offer. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
