This wonderful resort, with a hacienda look from the start, will take your breath away from the get go. You will love the corridor which is grand tiled. In this corridor, you will find the restaurant, the spa, the state of the art fitness center and the convenience store. Enough space to rest while waiting for a cab or just having a drink from our bar. And sometimes, watch a musical band playing. Have a full day with the family organizing a BBQ at our bbq area exclusive to our guests. If this is not paradise, you are very darn close.

In this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit, which is located on the 10th floor on the west building, you can sleep up to 8 people. With dark beige colored comfortable microfiber sofa set and a sofa sleeper, a coffee table that faces the amazing media center, which consists of large flat screen TV, with DVD, VCR and Stereo system. This unit has a vital part of this era, cable television and HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. The huge terrace can be reached through one of the multiple doors, from the living room. The dining set is great, the light colored wood table has enough room to seat six people. There are dark maple colored wood cabinets, also, granite counter tops that complement the color perfectly. Fully equipped with stainless steal appliances. The kitchen would fit a five star chef perfectly, with all the needed appliances and cooking utensils to prepare a feast for a large family, after all it does sleep up to 8 people. Of course, you provide the food and beverages. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, the beautiful tan colored bedding is so inviting. Dressers and tables are placed to finish the look on this bedroom, and as if it wasn’t enough, a sitting area near the sliding doors that let you out to the biggest terrace in the whole rental pool. Of course, you will find a TV on this bedroom. A king size bed can also be found on the second bedroom, where you can find another bathroom with a walk in shower and a single sink. Down the hall you will find the 3rd bedroom which counts with a Full Sizes bed.

On the terrace you will find several sitting options as well as the most amazing view, it doesn’t matter what time of the day you step outside, you will be close to heaven. The colors of the dawn sky will only compete with the beautiful colors of the sunset both of which you can experience from this huge terrace. We recommend you book as soon as you can, being that this is such an accommodating unit, you won’t find a better deal.
Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
