We also have a complete fitness room and a tennis court if you want to exercise during your stay. We also have BBQ areas at the end side of each building. This resort will be the best choice for you and your family.

This unit is top of the line premium. You can’t get any higher than this because you are on the top of the world! This unit has been decorated with the most premium and high end furnishings you can imagine. Starting with the living room you will see beige Venetian plastered walls with dark brown crown molding trim all the way around the unit. There is a large brown leather sofa that curves in the shape of an L.. There is a huge wood framed mirror above the couch to make the room feel even bigger and more spacious. There is a lovely glass top coffee table and a set of matching glass top end tables. There is a 36” inch flat screen plasma TV on the opposite wall with a VCR, DVD and premium BOSE stereo system wired throughout the unit. There are two massive sliding glass doors that open to the penthouse terrace. There are a few tropical plants strategically place throughout the great room to give you a real island feel. The dining area has a regal glass top table set to seat four. The chairs have l=high back leather seats and cushions. There is a lovely complimenting piece of art hung on the wall and a beautiful chandelier hanging from above to light the area. The kitchen has light wood colored cabinetry with lighted plant shelves above. The counter tops are beautiful neutral colored granite with a matching granite back splash. You will have top of the line white appliances which include a built in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. There are also many small counter top appliances like a blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, pots, pans, Tupperware, serving ware, flat ware and much more. All you will need to bring is food and clothing. There is also a bar built into the kitchen that can be a great place to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail in the evening. There are three matching high back leather bar stools. The master bedroom has a large modern metal and wood canopy bed. The bed has a king size pillow top mattress with modern brown bedding with a light cream circular print upon it. One side of the room has a leather recliner and there is a TV and DVD provided in the armoire on the opposite side. One side of the bed has a bed side table with a lamp which makes bed side reading a breeze. There are two sliding glass doors off the master that open up to the terrace and allow the sounds of the waves to lull you to sleep at night. The master bathroom has a cultured marble vanity with his and hers sinks. There is a large tub and shower combo covered with a light cream colored shower curtain. The bathroom is very spacious with excellent lighting. The 2nd bedroom has tan Venetian plastered walls with a huge pillow top king size bed with a dark brown bed frame. The bedding is a silky charcoal gray duvet with a goose down comforter inside. Across from the bed there is a matching armoire dresser with double doors. Inside the double doors there is a 36” flat screen TV and DVD player. The hall bathroom has a single sink with a large vanity. There is a tub, shower and plenty of clean towels nearby. The terrace has been furnished with a dining table set to seat four and a separate rocking chair seating area facing the ocean.You will also enjoy the convenience of an outdoor cooler and foosball table just inside. You will enjoy the soothing sounds from the waves and sunsets that will make your head spin.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
