The living area has plenty of space for all the friends and family to gather. The living room is spacious and furnished with a sofa and love seat for your comfort. Perfect to binge watch your favorite TV programs or a good game! The dining area is furnished with a table set that accommodates six with a great view of the bay area as well. It’s amazing to be surrounded by water views! Enjoy making memories in the home away from home.

If you enjoy cooking, you will find the kitchen to be spacious, modern and fully equipped. It has everything you need, kitchen utensils such as pots, pans and dishes. It’s nice to come back from the beach hungry and ready to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen bar area has 3 comfortable leathered barstools for your enjoyment. In the utility room you will find front loaded washer and dryer as well so you will be all set.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
