Solare Tower Condominiums at Bahia Mar; is in the north end of South Padre Island. You will surely will find privacy and relaxation in this three bedroom condo. With access to two swimming pools, hot tubs, an amazing beach deck, tennis courts, and beautiful walking trails, this property offers fun for everyone. Even the tiny tots will find special fun at their playground in property grounds!

The living area is perfect for entertaining, cooking some delicious dinners, preparing the catch of the day or simply snacking and enjoying in good company. • No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
