South Padre Island equals fun for everyone. Sports like deep sea fishing or deck fishing are very popular, and you can even get to enjoy your catch of the day! Horseback riding, Birdwatching, water parks, surf lessons, kite surf and so much more! Visit the sea turtle home it’s an amazing experience!! Go for long walks, boat rides, bicycle rides the list goes on!

Enjoy all the gastronomical options the island has to offer, there so many good restaurants to choose from! We do recommend for you to visit Port Isabel (just crossing the bridge) you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too.

The island has great beach clubs where you can enjoy entertaining activities and great food as well. There are some great options for brunch too! If you are looking for a fun night out, the night bars always offer fun, great music and ambience.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area in the property with grills also available for rental.

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
