On the 9th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort is this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite designed with furnishings from Ashley Furniture. This suite will accommodate 6 (4 adults and 2 children) comfortably and in total luxury. The walls and ceilings are all white which makes this lovely unit seem even larger than it is. The living room has a large L shaped leather sofa with matching coffee table and end table. There is a lovely modern lamp on the end table. Both ends of the sofa have large silk foliage plants in large ground pottery containers. Across from the sofa is a beautiful light wood entertainment center. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD/VHS, CD player, wireless internet and cable TV at your disposable.

The dining area is beautiful and the square in two tone wood and seats six. The chairs are high back fabric covered and the seats are leather cushioned. On the center of the table is a beautiful silk arrangement is a unique vase. There is a dark wood buffet on the wall with some unique metal art pieces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dropped ceiling and recessed lighting and spotlighting. The appliances are all stainless steel and the microwave and oven are built in. The stove top is a flat, glass corning surface. The other smaller appliances include but are not limited to, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mixer. There is ample prep space and storage space including a small pantry. The island bar serves as a wet bar which will seat 4 comfortably or a s a quick breakfast bar. The wet bar also has a wine refrigerator. Down the hall is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and additional storage space.

The mast bedroom has a beautiful Ashley Furniture low 4 poster king size bed set with matching night tables and dresser. Above the headboard, on the wall is a unique art display made from copper. The bedding is a combination of colors of taupe, brown tones and rust. There are matching pillows, shams and complimentary throws. The matching dress has 9 drawers and setting on top is a large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity and a rain shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed set with a large headboard, matching night tables and dresser. The bedding in the guest bedroom is a rich deep red and gold satin designed comforter. There are lots of matching pillows, shams and throws. The dresser has a large mirror behind it and on top you will find candles and a beautiful foliage design in a beautiful container. The patio doors open onto the terrace where you can make yourself at home at a round wrought iron table which seats six. There is an outside sink and counter and some unique metal artwork on the walls. The views are beautiful, during the day, at sunset or at night. The colors change so dramatically throughout the day and evening. When you look below you can see the pools, Jacuzzis, water slide and the swim up bar.

You can enjoy one of the best margaritas, in the pool, at the bar or under a palapa. If you are the athletic type you can also enjoy running or walking on the beach or take advantage of the state of the art fitness center on the first floor.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
