Located on the 8th floor of the beautiful Sonoran Sky Resort is this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite which will accommodate up to six guests (price is for 4 adults) comfortably. The patio faces the beach and the beautiful Sea of Cortez, so you can take advantage of the beautiful evening sunsets and the warm salty breeze. This suite is decorated in earth tones and is just lovely.

The living room has a large L shaped leather sofa with a matching coffee table. Behind the sofa on the wall is a large ornate mirror and next to the sofa is a lovely floor lamp. Across from the sofa is a long, low entertainment center and on the wall above it is a large, wall mounted flat screen TV. You can enjoy DVD’s, CD player, stereo, wireless internet, and cable TV. The dining area has a large square table, which seats six. The chairs are high backs with beautiful mauve colored fabric backs and leather seats. The wood is an oak finish with contrasting darker wood trim.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a built-in oven and microwave. The stove top is a flat corning glass surface. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, blender, dishwasher, mixer and coffee maker. The counter tops and backsplash are granite and there is also a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The wet bar easily seats two and can also be used as a quick breakfast bar in the morning. The master bathroom has a beautiful mahogany king size bed set with a four-poster bed. There are two matching night tables and a 9-drawer dresser. On top of the dresser is a large flat screen TV. The bedding is a white satin duvet with delicate rust striped trim. There are matching pillows, shams and throws as well. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, rain shower, and deep Jacuzzi tub. There is a closet in the bedroom with double sliding mirror doors.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a shared night table. The bedding is a delicate floral print with matching pillows and red contrasting throws. The headboards are wrought iron and there is also a 4-drawer dresser with a flat-screen TV and lamp on top. The guest bath is in the hallway and has a single sink vanity and a rain shower. The terrace, which is where you will probably spend most of your evenings, has a round table with four chairs and an outside sink. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a pack and play for the little ones as well. The views are exciting and breathtaking and you are only a few steps away from a walk on Sandy Beach or a margarita on the beach under a palapa. Enjoy your stay, you will never forget it.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
