Welcome to this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2-bath suite on the 7th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. This suite will accommodate six people comfortably (4 adults). The suite is done in shades of pale yellow, turquoise and sea foam green. Each room has its unique color and style. The living room, entrance and kitchen have pale yellow walls and white ceilings. There is unique artwork on the walls throughout the suite.

In the living room you will find a large leather sofa with matching overstuffed chair and coffee table. Behind the sofa is a large wood framed mirror. There is an end table with a table lamp and a matching entertainment center. The flat screen TV is has been mounted on the wall. You can also enjoy DVD’s, stereo and cable TV. In the dining area there is a square table which seats 6. The dining chairs have fabric covered backs and leather seats. The table is a butcher-block design top with dark legs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a blender, mixer, coffee maker and toaster. The appliances are stainless steel and include a built in microwave and oven. The stove is a glass corning flat top surface. There is also a wet bar which has a wine refrigerator and can easily be used for a quick morning breakfast. The bar seats two and the chairs match the ding room chairs. The counter tops and back splash are granite.

The master bedroom walls are a pale turquoise and the bed set is king size with matching side tables and a beautiful wood dresser. The bedding is a gold and deep red comforter with pillows that match; it also has shams and beautiful throws. On top of the dresser is a flat screen TV. There is plenty of silk foliage in unique pots and vases throughout the bedroom and master bath. The closet has a double sliding mirror door. The guest bedroom walls are a sea-foam green and there is a queen size bed set with matching headboard, foot board 2 night tables and a dresser with 9 drawers. A flat screen TV was placed on the dresser for your enjoyment. The closet has double mirror sliding doors. The walls are also in sea-foam green.

In the hallway is a private laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and additional storage space. The patio doors in the living room open onto the terrace. Here you will find a long slate top table that seats four and two comfortable lounge chairs. The perfect spot to watch the sun set or to just enjoy that wonderful warm, salty sea air!

No private Internet on condominium, only WIFI located on Lobby.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
