Enjoying the Rocky Point sunsets is guaranteed in this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Suite on the 4th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort.

This suite is full of color and spectacular views. This lovely suite will easily accommodate eight guests (6 adults) comfortably. The walls are white with burnt orange accent walls. The floor is a beautiful ivory travertine that goes throughout the suite. The living room has a large L shaped dark leather sofa with a matching armless overstuffed chair. The sofa also opens into a sleeper. There are also two square leather coffee tables The throw pillows on the sofa compliment the burnt orange walls and the earth tones. The walls are covered with beautiful art work that again, compliments the colors. Behind the sofa, is a massive silver framed mirror and across from the sofa is a large entertainment center with a 50” flat screen TV. You can also enjoy wireless internet, DVD, CD player, and stereo. The area rug in front of the living room sofa is a circular modern design incorporating all the earth tones and the burnt orange highlights. The dining area has a large mahogany rectangular table, that seats 6. There are also two additional chairs near the wall by the matching buffet. The chairs are white leather and have high backs with a scroll top design.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and the microwave and oven are built in. There is a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. This kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a gourmet treat. If you don’t want to cook you can easily drive to town and enjoy the wonderful restaurants, and the local night life. The wet bar seats two and there are two wood bar stools. Down the hallway is a laundry room with full size washer, dryer and additional storage space. The master bedroom has a sliding patio door that goes onto the terrace. The bed set is an incredible 4-poster canopy top Victorian style bed. The set includes 2 matching 2-drawer night tables and a 12-drawer dresser. On top of the dresser is a flat screen TV and DVD player. The contrast wall behind the bed is burnt orange. The bedding is subtle tones of tan and ivory with matching pillows, shams and throws. The master bath has a double sink vanity, rain shower and wonderful deep Jacuzzi tub.

The first guest bedroom also has a burnt orange accent wall and a complimenting area rug. The bed set is king size, dark wood with two matching night tables and a large tall dresser. On top of the dresser is a flat screen TV and DVD player. The bedding is satin and shades of gold, ivory and orange. There are plenty of pillows, shams and complimenting throw pillows. This bedroom enjoys a private bath with a single sink vanity and a rain shower. The second guest bedroom also has a burnt orange contrast wall and the bed set is king size dark wood. There are matching 2-drawer night tables with lamps and a matching long 4-drawer dresser. On top of the dresser is a TV and DVD player. The closet has double sliding mirror doors. The bedding is, vertical strips of red, orange and ivory. There are matching pillows, and throws. Above the headboard is some metal art work. The guest bath is in the hallway and has a double sink vanity and a rain shower.

The master bedroom and the living room both have doors that open onto the terrace. The terrace has an outside sink and long counter top. There is a wrought iron rectangular table with 6 chairs with fabric cushions and two chaise lounge chairs. This terrace offers the perfect view of the evening sunsets and the sounds of the Sea of Cortez gently rolling up on the sand. Enjoy the warm salty sea air as it surrounds you and takes you to paradise.

No private Internet on condominium, only WIFI located on Lobby.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
