This is an amazing condominium on the second floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom fully equipt property with beautiful views to the Sea of Cortez. This property can easily accommodate 4 guests .

This is a lovely condominium with a white and light tones throughout. The living room has been decorated in earth tones for more confort, a large patio door opens unto a magnificent terrace.

The living room has a sofa and and two matching recliner seats with a foot rest each. There is a center table, an end table and two lamps that enlightened the living area. Across from the sofa is a wooden entertainment center and above it is a wall hung flat screen TV. The niche to the left has a beautiful vase and a wooden basket that gives the perfect touch. There are wooden work as decorative vases throughout this unit. The dining area is a large wood table, which seats 6.

The kitchen has been done in white with all stainless steel appliances, a built in oven and microwave. The range is a flat glass, corning surface. There is plenty of prep area and storage as well as a small pantry. Everything you could possibly image to prepare wonderful meals is already in this kitchen.

In the terrace you can easily seat 4 people in the table. There is a high table as well for two perfect to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a Piña Colada at sunset. There is a living area in the balcony as well with great views of the Sandy Beach.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed this room is decorated in gray tones it has matching night tables and dresser, above the dresser is a flat screen TV the closet has double mirror sliding doors. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, rain shower, and deep Jacuzzi bathtub.

The guest bedroom is done in a light gray tones with a touch of orange there are two matching night stands and a table, above the table thre is a wall hung flat screen TV.

The guest bath is in the hallway and has a single sink vanity and built in rain shower with a shower curtain. Further down the hallway is the laundry room, which is fully equipped with full size washer/dryer and plenty of additional storage.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).

Facilities
