Located on the 15th-floor Penthouse Level of the Sonoran Sky Resort is this magnificent 4-bedroom, 4-bath. The suite comes with high-quality private internet as well as both resort cable television and Direct TV. The walls are tonnes of gold with burnt orange contrast and the ceiling is cream and there is dark crown molding throughout this suite. The entrance and living room has a beautiful domed ceiling with chandeliers. There are also ceiling fans throughout this suite. The living room, with wrap around patio doors, invites the Sea of Cortez to engulf this suite with the warm salty air, and gentle breeze only found in Rocky Point. In the early morning, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Point. During the day you can open the doors and enjoy the breeze, in the late afternoon and the magnificent colors of the sunset and at night as the sun has lowered you can enjoy multiple shades of blue as the sky and sea meet and reflect off each other. The views and hues are beautiful. You can enjoy this from both master suites, the living room, and the dining area. The living room has a beautiful domed ceiling with an elegant chandelier above the sofa area. There are two fabric covered sofa’s and a stone and metal coffee table on an area rug in subtle shades of yellow, rust, and brown. The sofa area is surrounded with beautiful decorative lighting and pots with silk arrangements. The dining area has a dark wood table which seats 8 guests. The chairs are high back with leather seats.

The kitchen is a dream come true for those who like to cook. The appliances are stainless steel and the countertops and backsplash are granite. The microwave and oven are built in and the stove top is a flat glass corning surface. There are a large pantry and ample prep space and storage space. The island bar serves as both an entertainment area with a wine refrigerator, wet bar and easily seats 3 for a quick morning breakfast bar. One of the master bedroom suites has a king size bed set with wicker insets. The wall behind the bed is a large palm leaf and parakeet design as the headboard. There are two matching night tables, dresser, and bench at the foot of the bed. The closet has double sliding mirror doors, and there is a ceiling fan with lights above the bed. Across from the bed is a large matching dresser and above it, a wall hung flat screen TV. The bedding is a palm tree design that matches the headboard with complimenting throw pillows. This master bath includes a double sink vanity, a large marble and glass double rain shower and a well-lit dressing table with leather bench.

The second master bedroom suite has sliding patio doors that open onto a private terrace area. There is a king size bed set in light-wood with matching dresser and night tables. Above the bed is a ceiling fan with lights. Above the 10 drawer dresser is a wall mounted flat screen TV. The closet has double sliding mirror doors. It has a rain shower and jacuzzi. The bedding is a seafoam green, with complimenting throw pillows. The third bedroom is also an ensuite and has a queen size bed with a beautiful headboard with animal decor and a palm tree spread. There is a wicker chair with matching cushions. This bedroom also has a private bath with single sink vanity and rain shower. It has a light wood bedroom set with matching night tables and dresser. In the fourth bedroom, there is a kingsize bed with a headboard and a unique metal piece of hanging art. There is a ceiling fan above the bed and a wall-mounted TV above the dresser. This bedroom also a closet with double sliding mirror doors and a window which offers great night time views of the sunset. There is a guest bath is in the hallway next to the fourth bedroom with a sink vanity, rain shower and a large floral design on the wall.

The laundry room is down the hall and also has a full-size washer and dryer and ample storage space. There is very tasteful artwork, and unique metal hanging art designs as well as plenty of silk floral arrangements throughout. The terrace is magnificent. There is a round table, which seats 8 and heavy wicker chairs and sofa set and a marble-topped coffee table. Enjoy a quiet dinner or just relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Rocky Point. Whatever you choose, relax and enjoy it.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
