Visit us in Rocky Point! We want to see you at our Sonoran Sky Resort. The newest resort in town. There will be no need to go out of the premises since there is a convenience store that has a wide variety of products from goggles, swim suit, milk, wine, ice, soups etc. The spa is the excellent place to go and forget about the everyday stress give it a try while the rest of the family is in the pool area, we have three pools you can enjoy and one extra with a slide. Do not lose a day at the gym; we have one right on the first floor, looking at the beach.

To our home in Paradise! Come in, relax and enjoy your vacation in our three bedroom top floor luxury condo. Here you will have all the amenities you wish for. A huge kitchen which is fully equipped, with appliances and cookware is ready for you to show your culinary skills. The living room has a beautiful sofa set, which can fit the whole family. There are 2 master bedrooms in the unit, one with ocean front view, and the secondary master bedroom at the entrance of the condominium. All three bedrooms have King size beds. We have wi-fi access for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has its own master bedroom. The unit is on the top floor, with the most amazing view. Walk out to the balcony from your living room or the master bedroom.

End up your day with a walk on the beautiful sea shore of Sandy beach. Sit at the hammocks in front of the beach and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that only the Sea Of Cortez can offer.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
