This is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath suite on the 14th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. Closest condo to the ocean than anything on Sandy Beach. Views, views, views, up and down the beach with port and sunset views from inside this 2,100 square foot condo with a 1,100 square foot wrap around terrace. Welcome to the Tiki paradise. This eloquently decorated unique condo can easily accommodate 10 guests (8 adults). The expansive great room featuring the living room, dining room and kitchen all have spectacular views of the ocean, beach, port and sunsets. The entertainment center includes large TV, DVD, cable and Wi-Fi internet access.

The patio doors all slide open and actually go around the side of the building so the views are incredible. The kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef, everything you could possibly needs is at your fingertips. The high end kitchen features granite counter tops and back splash, stainless steel appliances, built in oven and micro wave and a flat top cooking surface. There is a window above the sink, which provides yet another view of the beautiful sunsets. The large kitchen island contains a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and the bar easily seats 5. The dining area has a square wood table with 8 matching high back leather chairs. There is plenty of prep space and storage as well as a pantry.

The spacious master bedroom suite #1 has ocean views, a Jacuzzi tub, a beautiful intricately carved King size bedroom set, two matching night tables and dresser with a Smart TV. Large closet with double sliding mirror doors with built-in dresser. Spacious Master bathroom has a granite double sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Master bedroom suite #2 has beautiful ocean/beach views with sliding doors that open onto a small private patio. A king size bed set with matching dresser and 3-drawer night table with a flat screen Smart TV on the dresser. This bedroom enjoys a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Guest bedroom 1 has bunk beds (a full and a twin), a large dresser, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. Guest bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a beautiful headboard, 2 night tables and a large dresser with a smart TV. Guest bath is located in the hallway and has a double sink vanity, mirrors, excellent lighting and a large tile shower.

Down the hallway you will find the laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and plenty of storage space. The large wrap around terrace is magnificent, views views views. Step up to the TiKi bar with lights, fan and stools, built in Charcoal barbeque and wet bar. Or just relax and enjoy the ocean, port or sunset on an oversized sofa, love seat or recliner/chaise double lounge chair. Patio also includes a beautiful picnic style table with bench seating. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, or relax with friends in the evening. Enjoy some fresh seafood, or relax and watch the sun set. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
