This is a uniquely beautifully decorated condo on the 11th floor of the Sonoran Sky. It has 1,800 sq ft. of pure luxury. This 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo has accommodations for 6 which include a place for 2 children to sleep on the couch. The patio doors pocket open to breathtaking unprecedented views of the Sea of Cortez.

The balcony is exceptionally furnished with chaise loungers and a table with seating for 6 for all your outdoor entertaining. We absolutely love and welcome children! The living room area is spacious with a large screen smart TV and internet. The kitchen has ample storage features which include multiple cabinets, large granite island and countertop space, top of the line appliances and perfectly appointed kitchen items to meet all your needs. We didn’t forget the wine fridge to make this vacation special!

The Dining area has an oversized white marble table with comfortable seating for 8 so you can entertain.

The Master bedroom has a king bed with an iPhone/iPod charger and clock radio. The Master bedroom also features ample storage with drawers, closet, and has an oversized Jacuzzi tub to soak the stress away while looking at the amazing Sea of Cortez. The guest bedroom has a King bed with ample drawer space and closet.

The Condo is air conditioned, beautifully designed and decorated to a 5-star rating. All bedrooms also have large flat screen smart TV’s. The Sonoran Sky offers unbelievable high-end amenities with negative edge half moon infinity pool, a bar pool, 2 children’s pools, multiple Jacuzzi’s, a gym with views of the sea, a children’s play and picnic area, an onsite restaurant and bar, convenience store, and it’s own spa. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
