The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous ocean front resort on Sandy Beach. This unit can sleep 6 people. This is a beautiful unit with bright yellow Venetian plastered walls and two red suede sofas. The queen sofa pulls out to a comfortable bed for two of your guests. There is a huge metal framed mirror behind the couch used to make the room feel bigger, and a lovely hand woven Oriental rug beneath the ottoman. Across from the sofa there is a in smart 45 in TV. The unit comes with free cable and wireless internet. There are two sliding glass arcadia doors that open to your own private ocean front terrace.

The dining room has been furnished with a round table with four matching high back weaved wicker chairs. Behind the dining table there is a large dark wood buffet stand perfect for serving your guests. There is a mirror above the buffet which gives the illusion that the room is bigger. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with lightly adorned plant shelves. The counter tops are made of neutral colored granite and there is a matching back splash. The appliances are all stainless steal a built in microwave, oven dishwasher refrigerator and stove. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The bar is perfect spot to wait for a frozen margarita or use it as additional 2 guest seating. The master bedroom has a large king size pillow top mattress on top of a very regal with a 32 in TV. The bedding is flowered, white and green patterned with many complimenting pillows. Each side of the bed has a table with lamp and there is a dresser on the opposite wall. There are two sliding glass doors that lead out to the terrace as well as an additional wicker chair seating area. The room also has a huge double door full length mirrored closet. The master bathroom has a double sink granite vanity with lots of counter space and excellent lighting.

The 2nd bedroom has one wall with green Venetian plaster and the other walls are a soft white. The bed is a king size pillow top with a beige duvet over a goose down comforter. The room has one bed side table and a dresser with 45 in TV. This room is furnished beautifully and will make any guest very happy. The hall bathroom has one sink and a tub / shower combo covered with a lovely shower curtain. The unit comes complete with clean linens and additional blankets in the guest closet.

The patio has been furnished with two wicker chairs and a table as well with a tall table for 4 people. This is the perfect spot to soak up the sun or watch it set over the Sea of Cortez. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
