This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit on the 9th floor located on the East Tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort. Many top end amenities are available at the Resort for our clients to enjoy, like ocean front swimming pools, kiddie pool, Jacuzzis, Restaurant/Bar, Aqua bar, computer room, full service SPA, private parking with security 24 hours a day, fitness room, basketball backboard inside the tennis court and convenience store. Luxury is in every part of this lovely Resort.

This unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons, 2 in each bedroom and 2 more on the single folding beds that are in the closet. The living has an olive green L shape sofa with flower print cushions. Next to the couch there´re two matching arm chairs, an end table with a lamp and a coffee tables. Across the room there is a TV cabinet that includes a flat screen TV, CD stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen has been fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. It also has other small appliances like coffee maker, toaster and blender. In the pantry cabinets and drawers you will find many kitchen utensils necessaries to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. The dining room set is for 6 persons.

The kitchen bar can seat two more or it can be used as a serving station. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wood frame. On each side of the bed there is a night stand with a lamp of top and across the bedroom a 10 drawer’s dresser with a mirror. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom that includes a double sink and a walk in shower. Both guest bedroom have a comfortable king size bed with end table by the sides. The guest bathroom is on the hall for an easy access. The condo comes with washer and dryer.

The wrap around balcony gives you access to the most amazing view of Rocky Point. Enjoy your evening in this beautiful property. The balcony has been set with a patio couch for 3, a patio table with seat for 6 and 2 launch chairs. You will not regret of staying on unit SE 901 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
