This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo inside the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located in the East Tower on the 8th floor. This resort is among one of the most popular on Sandy Beach. If you choose to stay here you will enjoy many first class amenities like lighted tennis courts, BBQ areas, restaurant bar, full service spa, convenience store, state of the art fitness center and beach front swimming pools. This resort has it all and will leave you completely satisfied. The living room of unit 808 has been furnished with a plush brown colored leather sectional sofa. One side of the sofa pulls out to a bed that will sleep two of your guests.

The living room has a beautiful coffee table and a lovely entertainment unit. There is a TV, DVD and stereo provided inside the entertainment unit. There are two sliding glass doors that open to your private 8th floor terrace.

The dining room has a rectangular shaped wood table with 6 matching chairs.

The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with lighted plant shelves above. The counter tops are made of an earth tone granite with a matching granite back splash. All appliances are all stainless steal and include a built in microwave, dishwasher, oven , stove, and refrigerator. You will also have smaller appliances like a toaster, blender and coffee maker. You will find all the items needed for cooking and entertaining in the drawers and cupboards. There is also a built in bar which is perfect for additional guest seating or a quick midday meal. The master bedroom has a large king size wood framed bed. The bed comes with an ultra comfortable pillow top mattress with a white colored bed spread. There is a dresser on the opposite wall with a TV as well as an additional seating area furnished with a leather chair and ottoman. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The room comes with a dresser and a full size closet to store your clothing. The master bathroom has a cultured marble vanity with his and her sinks.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a white bedding set. There are bed side tables on both sides of the bed and a dresser on the opposite wall. You will find a TV on top of the dresser for your late night viewing pleasure. The hall bathroom has one sink with a shower. There is plenty of room to store your toiletries on top and below in the cabinets.

The patio has been furnished with two lovely lounge chairs and a table in between. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a frozen margarita while watching the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The unit also has a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will have all the things needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with a relaxing stay in unit 808 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
