This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo is located on the 7th floor of the East Tower inside the Sonoran Sun Resort. This condo has an amazing ocean front view with accommodations for up to 4 guests.

The living room of the condo has been beautifully furnished with a plush sage green sofa and two brown wicker armchairs that have to complement orange and green striped cushions. The room has a large floral area rug, a teak wood framed wall mounted mirror and a matching teak wood coffee table. There is a floor lamp beside the sofa and a large double door distressed wood armoire with silk plants on top. The armoire holds a large TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The condo comes with cable television as well as high-speed wireless internet. Bring your laptop computer and you never have to worry about missing an important email. You can also stay current on world news and events. You can get to the terrace through a set of sliding glass doors off the living area.

The dining room has a very regal round wood and slate inlay dining table with four wood and leather cushioned chairs. The middle of the table has a beautiful iris centerpiece that really brightens up the room and a wrought iron purified water cooler. The kitchen has white appliances with light colored granite counter tops and dark maple wood cabinets. The cabinets are filled with serving ware, cookware, glasses, plates and more. The drawers have plenty of silverware and serving utensils.

The kitchen also has smaller appliances like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and mixer. There is a counter bar off the kitchen that works great as a serving station for your guests.

The master bedroom is absolutely stunning with a dark wood custom headboard and silky gray modern bedding. Above the bed, there are 3 serigraphs that match the room décor just perfectly. Each side of the bed has a dark wood matching nightstand with a drawer and a reading lamp. Off to the side, the room has a desk with a chair and a map of the world. You can set up your computer and work from here while you listen to the sounds of the surf through the terrace doors. The wall opposite the bed has an additional armchair and a dark wood armoire with a TV, and DVD player. The room comes with a large double mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The master bathroom has a large vanity made of granite with two sinks, a large mirror, a walk in shower and a commode.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a braided hemp and wood headboard and tan silk bedspread. Each side of the bed has a matching nightstand with a reading lamp. The wall opposite the bed has a double door cabinet that matches the beautiful suite of furniture. The cabinet has 3 drawers and a large TV / DVD player. The room also has a large double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a walk in tub/shower and commode. The terrace has been furnished with a love seat and two armchairs that have brown and beige floral printed cushions. The terrace would be the perfect spot to kick back with a glass of wine while you watch the tide roll in and out. You will also have the perfect spot to enjoy the sun setting over the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a full-size washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This is a very premium condo that will keep you coming back year after year.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
