Here you have a very luxurious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 7th floor of the East Tower. The Sonoran Sun is located on Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Rocky Point. There are many first class amenities in the Sonoran Sun like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi’s, tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, full service spa, restaurant, bar, and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Sonoran Sun. This premium unit has a living room that has been furnished with two olive colored sofas of which the larger folds out to a comfortable bed for two of your guests. There are plenty of clean sheets and blankets provided in the closet. The room has light gold Venetian plastered walls with a lovely hand woven tapestry hanging above the couch. There are matching end tables, coffee table and a massive entertainment center. Inside the entertainment center there is a huge flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. The unit comes with free wireless internet and cable. There are plenty of board games for the kids, playing cards, books, DVD’s and magazines. There is even a Pack-n-Play for the baby. There are two sliding glass doors that open to your 7th floor terrace where you will enjoy the serenity of being way above the commotion below. The dining room has been furnished with a lovely round wood table with seating for five on the matching high back chairs. There is a baker’s rack on the opposite dining wall that could also be used as a buffet station for your guests. A lovely chandelier hangs from above to illuminate the dining table. The kitchen has been painted a burnt umber colored and has dark colored wood cabinets. The counter tops are a neutral colored granite with a matching granite back splash. The sink is a matching white with a white detachable sprayer faucet which makes for a very easy clean-up. You will find all the items needed for cooking and entertaining within the drawers, cabinets and pantry. The kitchen also has its own built in bar area lined with bar stools. This is great for feeding the kids a quick meal or can also be a great spot to wait for the morning coffee to brew. The Master bedroom has red painted walls and a huge king size pillow top mattress on a lovely olive colored bed frame. The bedding is a deep burgundy floral pattern with matching pillows. There are two complimenting tables on each side of the bed with lamps for bed time reading. There is a dresser on the opposite wall with its own flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate seating area furnished with a wicker chair and ottoman. This would be a great spot to curl up with your favorite book while soothing your soul to the sounds of the waves. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. There are several art pieces hanging on the walls and a floor lamp to light the seating area. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of cultured marble. The vanity has a lot of counter space and excellent lighting. There is a tub / shower combo also made of cultured marble that has a lovely shower curtain enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed of which the top is a full and the bottom is a queen size bed. The bed has a dark walnut wood finish with two matching tables with lamps. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player on top of the dresser. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a tub / shower combo. The patio has been furnished with a beautiful dining table set to seat four. Conditions

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
