Located on the 7th floor of the East Tower of the Sonoran Sun, this unit has an exquisite view of the Sea of Cortez. This premium unit has a living room that has been furnished with two comfortable cushioned wicker chairs and a leather sofa that folds out to a comfortable bed for two of your guests. There are matching end tables with lamps, coffee table and an entertainment center. On top of the entertainment center there is a huge flat screen TV, and DVD player. Games, DVDs and books are located in the cupboard under the TV to ad to your entertainment options. The unit comes with free wireless internet and cable. There are two sliding glass doors that open to your 7th floor terrace where you will enjoy the serenity of being far enough above the commotion below to enjoy a quiet evening overlooking the sea. The dining room has been furnished with a lovely round marble table with seating for 4 with matching high back chairs. A chandelier hangs from above to illuminate the dining table. The counter tops are a neutral colored granite with a matching granite back splash. The kitchen includes all major appliances like a built in microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The sink is a matching white with a white detachable sprayer faucet which makes for a very easy clean-up. There are small counter top appliances like a blender/juicer, toaster, waffle maker and coffee maker. You will find all the items needed for cooking and entertaining within the drawers, cabinets and pantry. The kitchen also has its own built in bar area lined with bar stools. This is great for feeding the kids a quick meal or can also be a great spot to wait for the morning coffee to brew.

The Master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed. with two complimenting tables on each side of the bed with lamps for bed time reading. There are two dressers on the opposite wall, one with its own flatscreen TV. There is a separate seating area furnished with a wicker chair which would make a perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book while looking out at the ocean and soothing your soul to the sounds of the waves. There are two sliding glass doors that open from the master bedroom to the terrace. There is a separate floor lamp to light the seating area.

The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of cultured marble. The vanity has a lot of counter space and excellent lighting. The spacious shower is also made of cultured marble that has a shower curtain enclosure.

The 2nd bedroom has another king sized bed, great for kids or another couple. The bed has two matching tables with lamps and a flatscreen TV in an entertainment center. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a tub / shower combo. The terrace has been furnished with a beautiful dining table to seat four. There are two additional lounge chairs with side tables on one side of the terrace . This outside seating will provide the perfect setting for a sunrise or sunset meal. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
