You will love your stay from the hacienda inspired design of the corridor. You will not have to leave the resort for anything! You can swimm all day long in one of our 3 pools or the Jacuzzi. You can have a family cook out at one of our BBQ areas with sitting for everyone. Work out in our fully equipped fitness center or even if you need something from the store, you don’t have to go anywhere, we have a convenience store right next to the lobby. There is also a bar, restaurant and spa. All you would want to have!

This beautifully furnished unit, SE 703 is perfect for your vacation. You will be staying at 2 bedroom unit. As you come into the unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with all that the appliances you will need in order to prepare an amazing meal for the whole family. Cookware, silverware, flatware and appliances are provided. The breakfast bar has three chairs for you to enjoy morning coffee or help prepare the meal. There is a dining set with a round granite top table and 4 wrought iron and leather chairs and a beautiful wrought iron chandelier. In the family room you will find a couch and two wicker chairs, with red cushions; a wood, wrought iron and glass top coffee table that matches the side tables with lamps at the end of the large couch. Across the way from the sofa set you will see a short entertainment center with a large flat screen TV. The master bedrooms has a King bed and in the guest bedroom there is a queen bed, dressed in beautiful beige, brown and blue colors. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a vanity sink, and shower. The second bedroom has access to the hall bedroom which also has a vanity sink and shower. The unit also has a laudry room with washer and drier.

This is an ocean front resort. The view from this unit is amazing. You get to see the old port and the infinite waters of the Sea Of Cortez. You can witness the most beautiful sunsets in the area. Enjoy the magnificent colors and serenity of our beach when the sun is seting.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
