Relax on the balcony in the double chaise lounge watching the sun set over the Sea of Cortez. High on the 6th floor you’re away from the chatter of the pool area below, as you listen to the music from the courtyard or from the stereo in the living room. This Premium one-bedroom unit is on the corner and is one of the few units with the extended wraparound balcony offering beach front views and also views out the back at the sand dunes. It has been decorated as an owner’s unit, not a regular rental unit.

The full wall mirror in the living room gives you a view of the azure sea from every angle. The comfortable sofa, where the owner has fallen asleep many times, makes into a double bed perfect for the kids! Sit on the stools and snack at the kitchen counter or eat at the table for two. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils you will need. Pick up shrimp in town and cook up a feast. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is like sleeping on a cloud. Full bath with marble walled shower and separate mirrored vanity area. TV’s in the master bedroom and the living room along with a library of movies to watch when you can’t find the perfect show on cable. Flip on the air conditioning, although with the cool sea breezes this high up you may just want the ceiling fans on with the fresh air. A safe has been installed for renters use in the master bedroom, just for peace of mind.

Sandy Beach is the perfect location and Sonoran Sun Resort is a premiere facility at Puerto Peñasco. It has a full restaurant, bar, game room, exercise room, two pools with a swim-up bar and 2 spas, (one for adults only), not to mention a convenience store. There are also BBQ grills available. Enjoy our home as much as we do and come back whenever you can to Sonoran Sun Unit SE 614!

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
