This is a beautiful and very cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit inside the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 6th floor of the East Tower. This unit can easily accommodate 4 people. The Sonoran Sun also allows guests to utilize all the first class amenities like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ’s, restaurant, bar, state of the art fitness center, full service spa, and a convenience store. The Sonoran Sun is located on the most popular stretch of beach in Rocky Point. The walls of this unit have all been painted a light yellow which really warms up the condo. The living room has been furnished with a beautiful tan sofa and a dark brown wicker chair with cushion. The sofa pulls out to a bed for two of your guests. There are plenty of sheets and additional blankets provided in the hall closet. Across from the sofa there is a 42” plasma TV with a DVD player, and stereo system. The unit comes with free cable and wireless internet. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that open to the private ocean front terrace. The corner of the living room has a raised white palm tree which gives the room a very tropical feel. There is a small dining table between the living room and kitchen with a lovely piece of art hung behind it. The kitchen has been done with dark wood cabinets and recessed lighting. The counter tops are made of neutral colored granite and there is a matching granite back splash. All major appliances are included like a built in microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You will also find many small counter top appliances like a coffee maker, blender and toaster. All you really need to bring is food and clothing.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen also has a built in bar with bar stools that can be used for dining or happy hour. Now the master bedroom has been painted in a pale green with a king size bed with a lovely scene of dolphins swimming over your head. There are bed side tables on both sides of the bed and a dresser on the opposite side. On top of the dresser there is a TV and DVD player for your late night viewing pleasure. The room also has a view of the ocean through the window. You should leave the window open at night and lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. The master bathroom has a cultured marble vanity with one sink and lots of counter space. There is a marble shower / tub combo that has brass fixtures and a lovely shower curtain enclosure. There is plenty of room beneath the sink to store your toiletries and hair appliances. The patio has been furnished with a round table and four rocking chairs. This is where you will want to enjoy your meals! You will enjoy many awesome sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. The view is breathtaking and the sounds are very calming. The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will have all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 612 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
