This air conditioned, custom painted condo has the capacity to sleep six people; two in each bedroom and two on the queen size sleeper in the living room. The living room of this condo is furnished with a media cabinet a comfortable sofa sleeper with an upgraded high quality memory foam mattress, love seat, coffee table and end tables. It is aslo equipped with a surround sound stereo system that is connected to a large TV, DVD and convenient Aux cord for you to use your own mobile music device. The condo has wireless internet, High Definition Direct TV Satellite television in the living room and cable television in the bedrooms. You can access the terrace through the oversize sliding glass doors off the living room.

The kitchen has dark maple wood cabinets, granite counter tops and all appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious gourmet meal. The dining room is furnished with an oval wood shaped table that is set to seat 6. The master bedroom has a king size wood bed with an upgraded new mattress. The master bedroom has cable TV, DVD Player, two matching bed side tables with lamps and an armoire. You can access the terrace through the sliding glass doors off the master bedroom. The room also has a large double door closet with plenty of storage. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with a walk in shower and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a king size wrought iron bed. The room has cable TV, lighted bed side tables and a armoire. The room also has a large walk in closet with additional storage shelves and space to hang your clothing. The guest bathroom is easy accessible across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with a shower and tub. In the unit there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
