Here you have a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo unit in the east tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort. The Sonoran Sun is a magnificent beach front resort on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. The resort has top of the line amenities like a bar, restaurant, beach front swimming pool, state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, BBQ area, full service spa and even a convenience store. You will be very pleased with a stay at the Sonoran Sun. This particular unit can easily accommodate 6 guests very comfortably.

The living room has been elegantly furnished with a large olive green sofa that folds out to a bed for two additional guests. There is a black suede arm chair to the left, a large mirror behind the couch, matching lighted end tables and a low profile coffee table. On the opposite wall there is an entertainment unit that holds a TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo system. The unit comes with free cable and wireless internet. Beneath the coffee table lies a hand woven Oriental rug that ties all the colors of the room together. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that open to the private ocean front terrace.

The dining room has a round teak wood table with high back chairs that seat 4 people. A gorgeous chandelier is hung from the ceiling above to illuminate the dining area.

The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with decorative items on the plant shelves above them. There are light colored granite counter tops with a matching granite back splash. The appliances are all white which feature a built in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. There are also some small counter top appliances like a blender, coffee maker and toaster. You will find everything you need to cook and entertain found within the cabinets, drawers and pantry. The kitchen also has a bar area lighted with three hanging pendant lamps. There are three high back bar stools which make a great place to sit while blending margaritas or for waiting for the morning coffee to brew. The master bedroom has a large king size pillow top mattress on a wood frame. The bedding is a light cream with a damask print weaved into the fabric. There are tables with lamps on each side of the bed, a dresser and a massive armoire across from the bed. The armoire has room for storage and also contains a TV and DVD player. The closet has sliding full length mirrored doors with plenty of space to hang your nicer things. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace as well as a seating area where you can read while soothing your soul to the sounds of the waves. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of cultured marble. The vanity has a lot of room for your toiletries and excellent lighting. There is a tub / shower combo also made of cultured marble with brass colored fixtures. A lovely curtain encloses the bathing area.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress on a black wrought iron bed with a lovely gold and red striped comforter. There are bed side tables, a dresser and a beautiful window that can be left open at night to lull you to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. The closet has sliding doors with lots of room to store your belongings. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hall and has one sink made of marble and a walk in shower with a curtain enclosure. The patio has been furnished with a dining table set to seat four and an additional sitting area for watching the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see. The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. There are plenty of linens, towels and blankets in the hall closet. You will have everything you need to have the time of your life. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
