This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium located on the 5th floor of the Sonoran Sun east tower. The exterior decor of the Resort and lobby are Mexican Colonial Style. It will make you feel like you are in a real Mexican Hacienda (ranch), yet full of luxury and comfort. This condo can sleep four people; two in the bedroom and two on the queen size sofa sleeper in the family room. The living room is furnished with a tan colored sofa and matching love seat. The room also has a glass top coffee table, end table and a media cabinet. The media cabinet has a large TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player. The decoration of this unit is truly elegant. The condo comes equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable television. The dining area has a glass top table with a black wrought iron Bessie that can seat four people. The kitchen has dark maple wood cabinets with granite counter tops and white on white appliances. There is also has a built in bar with two matching black wrought iron bar stools. This kitchen has everything a five star chef would need to prepare a delicious gourmet meal. The only things that you will need to provide are the food and beverages! The master bedroom is furnished with a dark wood California king size bed that has deep red floral bedding set. There are 2 lighted bed side tables and a dresser with a TV and DVD player. The room has a large double door closet with full length mirrors. The bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom has a single sink vanity with a bath tub shower.

The balcony is furnished with a glass top table and four chairs.
The terrace is the best place to enjoy dinner while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez (known as the world’s aquarium). You could also kick back and relax with a cocktail or a beer and watch the tide roll in and out. In the mornings, enjoy your coffee on the terrace and wake up breathing in the salty ocean air. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
