This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the East Tower. This condo has an awesome view with accommodations for up to four guests. This would be perfect for a small family or as a romantic weekend getaway for 2.

The living area has an army green fabric sofa with a black leather arm chair on each side. The room also includes a glass top coffee table, lighted glass top end table and a vibrant green silk palm tree. The wall behind the sofa has a metal framed wall mounted mirror which makes the room feel very open and spacious. The living room also has a media unit with a TV and DVD player. The condo also comes with high speed wireless internet so that you can surf the web or send emails from your lap top computer. You can get to the terrace through a set of sliding glass doors in the living room which feature block out roll up shades. The dining area has been furnished with a glass top table and four brass cushioned chairs. The room is illuminated by a handcrafted brass chandelier that hangs from above. The wall behind the dining room table has a circular shaped mirror and several other decorative accents. In the kitchen there are granite counter tops with dark cherry wood cabinets and black on black appliances. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, mixer and toaster. The cabinets and drawers are loaded with all the silverware, cookware, pots, pans and plates.

The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with metal framed bar stools if you prefer a more casual dining experience. The master suite is just beautiful with a king size white wash wood framed bed and lovely baby blue floral bedding. Each side of the bed has a matching whitewash nightstand with a lamp and a dresser with a TV and DVD player across the way. The room has a window with roll up block out shades so that you can sleep in after those long nights. The room also has a large double door closet with full length mirrors if you need additional storage. The attached master bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a walk in shower and tub. The bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or the hallway. The condo also comes with a variety of kid’s games to keep them occupied while you are cooking dinner or watching TV.

If you would like fire up the electric Foreman grill on the patio and grill up some fresh shrimp from the Fish Market. You can have a wonderful meal and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez while you eat a delicious meal. Kick back and relax in the evening and try to count the stars or just people watch from the terrace. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
