Just a lovely 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 3rd floor unit in the east tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort. The Sonoran Sun resort is located on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. The resort has many luxurious amenities like swimming pools, Jacuzzi, a state of the art fitness center, spa, restaurant, bar and a convenience store. This resort is truly a first class vacation experience.

This unit can accommodate 2 guest very comfortably. The unit is decorated with Venetian plaster throughout. There is a coffee table, end tables and an entertainment center equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD and a stereo system. Two sliding glass doors open to your own private ocean front terrace. The dining room has a glass top table with seating for four on the matching chairs. A lovely mirror hangs above the dining room table and gives the illusion that the room is even bigger and more spacious. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets and pantry. The counter tops are a light colored granite with a matching granite back splash. The appliances are white and include a dishwasher, microwave, oven stove and refrigerator. There are also some small counter top appliances like a coffee maker, blender and toaster. The kitchen also has a built in bar which has bar stools beneath. The bar is the perfect spot to wait for your morning coffee to brew, or it can also be used as a food serving station.

The bedroom has a dark wood four poster king size bed. The bedding is a silver gray floral print and there are plenty of decorative pillows. There is a table next to the bed equipped with a lamp so that you can read in bed at night. There is a beautiful window in the other side that illuminates the room with natural light during the day. There is a dresser on the opposite wall with 8 drawers and a TV and DVD player on top. The closet has double sliding doors with mirrors on the outside. You will not run out of options for storing your belongings. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. There is a tub / shower combo that is covered with a decorative shower curtain. The patio has been furnished with a lovely glass top dining table which is perfect for enjoying a sunrise or sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. From the terrace you have a completely unobstructed view of the ocean and the entire sonorant Sun property. The unit also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will find all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with a relaxing stay in unit 312 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
