Welcome to the Sonoran Sun Resort, located right at Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This amazing resort has so many amenities for your vacation. This beautiful 5 star unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely refinished can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This unit has a living room furnished with a large dark red sofa-bed and 2 individual matching rocker recliner chairs. So comfortable you can sleep in them. The sofa has a pull out queen bed with memory foam mattress. You have a beautiful 60″ tv with a lovely tv stand with a built in fireplace. There are two sliding glass doors with bamboo blinds off the living room that open to the terrace and also let enough natural light in to illuminate the entire room. The unit comes with free cable and wireless internet.

The dining room table consists of a rectangular shaped wood and glass table that seats six people. The kitchen has wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and a matching granite back splash. The kitchen has white appliances which include a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It is also equipped with appliances like coffee maker, blender and a toaster. The kitchen pantry, drawers and cabinets contain all the items you will need for cooking and entertaining. There is also a bar built into the kitchen with three bar stools beneath. The bar is perfect to use as additional seating and also a serving station for your guests.

The master bedroom has all brand new furniture with a king size bed, memory foam mattress that is brand new and luxurious. The room bedding and decor is accented in Turquoise and light green. There are 2 night stands with lamps on both sides of the bed which are perfect for late night reading. Opposite the bed there is dresser with a mirror above and a 36″ TV. The closet has sliding doors with mirrors from top to bottom. This room also has two glass sliding doors that open to introduce you to paradise at your own the terrace. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with marble surrounds and brushed nickel faucets with a walk in shower and plenty of lighting. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a gorgeous bedding set. The wall behind the bed is painted in sky blue. There are 2 night stands with 2 lovely coral colored lamps and a dresser on the opposite wall with a 32″ TV. The hall bathroom has a tub / shower combo and coral and green shower curtain a single vanity sink. The patio has been completely re-furnished with a large seating area including a sofa and 2 chairs. There is also a large round dining table for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and the Sea of Cortez.

You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay in unit 307 of the Sonoran Sun. Enjoy the sunsets, and all that our beautiful resort has to offer. We are right where the desert meets the sea!

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
