Stay close to paradise, stay at Sonoran Sun Resort. You will adore the architecture! Its old hacienda design will make you fall in love with it. At this resort you will be able to enjoy 3 pools, a pool bar, and beautiful green areas. We have two BBQ areas with sitting arrangements for the whole family. You can exercises in our fully equipped fitness room or playing tennis in our fun tennis court. Have a drink or meal with your family at our restaurant.

This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the East Tower. This condo has accommodations for up to 8 guests. The living room of the condo is furnished with a large black leather sleeper sofa with a complimenting arm chair on each side. The room has a dark wood coffee table with a set of matching end tables and a dark brown media unit. The media unit has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, CD player, and VCR. The condo comes equipped with cable television and high speed wireless internet. You can watch your favorite TV shows and even stay in contact with friends and family via email or Face Book. The dining room has a rectangular shaped maple wood table with seating for 6.

The room has a wall mounted mirror behind the dining room table and many vibrant green silk plants that give the condo a very tropical feel. The kitchen has granite counter tops with maple wood cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen includes all major appliances as well as a toaster, purified water cooler, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen comes with all the cookware, serving ware, plates and a variety of glasses. There is a counter bar lined with a set of bar stools if you prefer a more casual dining experience. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with a beautiful bedding set. The room includes a dresser, set of bed side tables and a flat screen TV. You can access the patio through a set of sliding glass doors off the bedroom. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity with a walk in shower and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size maple wood framed bed. The room comes complete with a set of lighted maple wood tables, a dresser with a flat screen TV. The room also has a few silk plants and a large double door closet where you can hang your clothing.

The 3rd guest bedroom has queen size bunk beds. The room has two matching lighted oak wood bed side tables and a dresser with a flat screen TV. The room has a large closet with full length mirrored doors and a window that looks out to the resort courtyard. The hall bathroom has a single sink marble vanity with a mirror. The private bathroom has a commode with a walk in tub / shower combo. The patio is furnished with a rectangular shaped wrought iron table that has seating for 6. The patio would be a wonderful place to socialize with neighbors or to have a wonderful sunset meal. The best part of staying in this unit is that you are just a hop, skip and a jump away from the pool, surf and sand. You will be very happy with your stay in condo 109 of the Sonoran Sun.

The Sonoran Sun is an ocean front property where you can sit and enjoy an amazing dawn. Or an unbelievable fire color sunsets, and all the sea life of the Sea of Cortez.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
